By Car

The house is situated on Harris’s beautiful west coast, half a mile south of the causeway between Luskentyre and Seilebost, on the A859. It is half way between the ferry ports of Tarbert and Leverburgh (both around 15 mins by car).

By Ferry

All three ferry routes to/from the Island are operated by Caledonian Macbrayne. The ferry from Tarbert goes to Uig on Skye (1-2 sailings daily) and Stornoway is linked to Ullapool (2  sailings daily).  Both ferries now run on Sunday in the summer season 

By Air

Loganair operates flights from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness to Stornoway Airport which is one hour’s drive from the house
